The Board of Directors shall consist of eight (8) members, three (3) members of Tribal Council, (1) Tribal Treasury designee, (1) Tribal Purchasing Director, (1) Tribal Administration designee, and (2) adult members of the Tribe who do not serve in any of the capacities of the other Board Member positions.
